Pausa Meditation Studio's main purpose is to help people connect with their own wisdom and inner light, achieving a deep transformation to discover why we are here on Earth. Sometimes we just want to find calm or peace, the true meaning of love or happiness. Other times we long to heal our physical, mental, or spiritual bodies. To do this, I invite you to work together, through a personalized program, focused 100% on your spiritual growth. The options cover different methodologies and techniques, such as deep meditation, energy healing, or light language. Appointment with Ascension

Ascension is nothing more than a gradual process, which implies a total purification and healing of everything that is hindering our transformation, resurrection and definitive ascent into the arms of divinity and love.
